Seat Repairs & Panel Replacements
One worn bolster or a split seam does not mean a whole new set. We replace just the damaged panel, in leather, cloth, vinyl or canvas, and shade match it to the rest so the fix disappears into the seat.
The Detail
Fix The Damage, Not The Whole Seat
A worn driver's bolster, a split seam or a cracked panel does not mean a full reupholster. We replace just the damaged panel and shade match it to the rest of the seat, so the repair blends in rather than standing out.
It is a quick, cost effective fix, usually turned around in a single day, and it is the smart way to keep a good interior looking sharp without redoing the whole set.
We repair leather, cloth, vinyl and canvas seats. Cloth always needs a shade match at the shop before we start, so the new panel comes out consistent with the rest of the seat rather than a shade off.

Seat Repair Questions
How much does a seat repair cost?
It depends on the damage, since a single scuffed panel is a smaller job than a badly torn or burnt one. Send us clear photos of the worn area and we will give you an estimate, then confirm the final price once we have shade matched at the shop.
Do you repair cloth, vinyl and canvas seats?
Yes. We replace panels in leather, cloth, vinyl and canvas, and it works the same way for all of them. Pricing comes down to the extent of the damage.
Cloth always needs a shade match at the shop before we start, so the new panel comes out consistent with the rest of the seat.
How long does it take?
Most seat repairs are done in a single day. We confirm timing when you book.
Will the repair match the rest of the seat?
That is the goal. We shade match the new panel to your existing seat so the repair blends in. On older or sun-faded material an exact match is not always possible, and we will be straight with you about the likely result before you book.
Do I need to redo the whole seat?
Usually not. If the rest of the seat is in good shape, replacing just the damaged panel is quicker and more affordable than a full reupholster. Send us photos and we will tell you honestly whether a repair or a full recover is the better call. We are based in Centurion, Gauteng, and book up fast, so get in early to secure your slot.
