The console lid, or centre armrest, is one of the most touched parts of your car, so it wears and cracks faster than almost anything else in the cabin. We recover yours in leather or vinyl, cut and finished to match the rest of your interior.
It is one of the quickest and most affordable jobs we do, often a same-day recovery, and it makes a surprising difference to how fresh the whole interior feels. Leather work carries a 3 year warranty on the material and stitching.

Better Than Factory

Lid Removed
We remove your console lid on the spot so we can recover it while you wait or the same day.
Book With Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms the job. The balance is settled on completion.
Recovery
Your lid is stripped and recovered in your chosen material, cut and stitched to match your interior.
Refit
We refit the finished lid, often the same day, and your car is ready to go.

Console Lid Questions
How much does it cost?
A console lid is R680 in leather or R620 in vinyl. It is one of the most affordable jobs we do and makes a real difference to how fresh the cabin feels.
How long does it take?
Console lids are quick. Most are a same-day recovery, and up to 2 days at the outside. We confirm timing when you bring the lid in.
Leather or vinyl, which should I choose?
Both look great. Leather is the premium option and carries a 3 year warranty on the material and stitching. Vinyl is hard wearing and a little cheaper, but it does not carry a warranty.
Can you do any console lid?
Most, yes, but we are unable to recover 2-piece injection moulded lids, such as those on some Mercedes models. Send us a photo of your lid and we will confirm whether yours can be done. We are based in Centurion, Gauteng, and book up fast, so get in early to secure your slot.
